We were so lucky to be able to find and work with Liza Bedard. Friendly, smart, knowledgeable of the Adirondacks area, and very focused on our goals, Liza was instrumental in finding our dream house. Working with Nathan Wright for purchasing a home and being a first time buyer was amazing. His communication was excellent, knowledge of the process and understanding of next steps helped significantly. He worked with my chaotic schedule and kept me in the loop the entire time.

I was embarking on a journey to move my entire life to another state and selling my home had to happen fast. Nathan moved forward and already had a killer plan! He knew I had to sell fast and did his absolute best to get the best price for me. He gave me some excellent advice and was even willing to talk with my Dad who absolutely loves Real Estate! ha! We ended up selling for way more than I thought we would! Those funds helped me move and get established in another state. I consider Nathan a friend and was so lucky he was there when I needed to sell! Also, the dude knows how to communicate! I recommend him highly!

Alec is the best in the area for a reason. I knew going into the selling of this house. It was going to be somewhat of a challenge. We did critical work to the property that was needed, but it is a very unique property built in the 1800s. I wanted the best in the business to try to sell the house because I knew a regular realtor would not cut it. Alec was nothing short of top-notch.
